Tuition and Fees
CCA uses FACTS as our tuition management system. All families are required to have an account established in FACTS in order to pay tuition and incidental charges (field trip fees, club fees, extra curricular fees, etc.). Families have the option to pay tuition on the 1st, 5th or 10th of the month. Families may choose to pay by check or cash, provided the payment is received in the CCA office at least three business days before the payment date specified in FACTS.
Financial Aid
Calvary Christian Academy understands that choosing a private Christian education is a significant investment, and we are committed to helping families who need financial support. Through our financial aid program, eligible families can receive tuition assistance based on demonstrated need. Aid is awarded on a yearly basis and applications are kept confidential. Our goal is to partner with parents and make it possible for students to attend CCA regardless of financial circumstances. Please contact the school office if you are interested in Financial Aid.
Scholarships
Calvary Christian Academy is committed to making Christ-centered education accessible to all families. We offer several scholarship opportunities and need-based financial aid to assist qualifying students. From academic merit awards to tuition assistance and sibling discounts, our goal is to help ease the financial burden while supporting students who demonstrate both potential and character.
