Why CCA?
Our Mission
The primary purpose of Calvary Christian Academy is to provide each student a quality education, equipping him or her for a fruitful, Christ-centered life by integrating biblical principles into all areas of instruction.
Our Beliefs
We believe the Bible is God’s perfect Word, that salvation comes only through Jesus Christ, and that all are called to live for Him through the power of the Holy Spirit. We affirm biblical marriage between one man and one woman, the return of Christ, eternal life for believers, and judgment for the lost. Read Statement of Faith.
Our Philosophy
Calvary Christian Academy welcomes students from all backgrounds who desire a Christ-centered education. While we are not equipped to provide specialized services such as IEPs or extensive learning support, we strive to help each child grow academically, socially, and spiritually to their fullest potential. Placement is determined through an application review, prior school records, and a friendly parent/student interview, where we also joyfully share the hope of the gospel.
Faculty & Staff
The faculty and staff of Calvary Christian Academy are dedicated followers of Jesus Christ who model a love for God, a commitment to excellence, and a heart for students. Each teacher partners with parents to provide a Christ-centered education that nurtures both mind and character. Guided by our mission, we equip students academically, spiritually, and socially to serve the Lord and impact the world for Him. Academics
At Calvary Christian Academy, we provide a strong, Christ-centered academic foundation from Pre-K4 through 12th grade. Our Pre-K4–5th grade program uses the Abeka curriculum to build essential skills and a love for learning, while our 6th–12th grade students benefit from the rigorous, biblically integrated Bob Jones curriculum. Saxon Math is used across grade levels to ensure a solid mastery of mathematical concepts, preparing students for success in higher education and beyond.
Homeschool Program
Calvary Christian Academy’s Homeschool Program exists to support and encourage families in their God-given role as primary educators. Led by our homeschool coordinator (Sheri Weeks), a veteran homeschooling parent since 2007. CCA offers guidance, resources, and opportunities for connection throughout the year. From curriculum discounts and helpful workshops to fellowship events and shared learning experiences, our goal is to partner with you in providing a high-quality, Christ-centered education at home.
Little Eagles Learning Center
Little Eagles Learning Center provides a warm, Christ-centered environment where daycare and Pre-K students can grow spiritually, academically, and socially. Our dedicated staff fosters a love for God and learning through engaging activities that build strong early foundations. We invite you to join our school family and give your child the best possible start—rooted in faith, care, and discovery.
Athletics
Calvary Christian Academy offers a well-rounded athletics program that encourages teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship while honoring Christ on and off the field. Students can participate in boys’ and girls’ basketball, boys’ and girls’ soccer, baseball, golf, and volleyball, developing their skills and character through competitive play. Our goal is to help athletes grow in athletics, faith, and integrity.
Core Values
At Calvary Christian Academy, our core values center on genuine Christianity—salvation through faith in Jesus Christ and the Bible as the ultimate truth. We prioritize Christ-centered relationships and actively partner with parents to educate children. Faith is integrated into every subject, fostering a biblical worldview alongside academic excellence. We strive to develop each student’s potential, character, and personal responsibility, encouraging them to live righteously, use their gifts, and serve with a servant’s heart.
